Sarah Zeigler
Sarah is co-founder of the firm and has managed the tenant leasing business for Zeigler Investments Group since 2006. After graduating from The University of Texas, Sarah started her career at Dell Computer and Dell Financial Services. After learning the Information Technology leasing business, Sarah managed the major equipment lessor relationships for NewmarketIT until the business was sold in 2006. ZIG made its first major commercial building investment in Austin's Domain area. when it purchased the first Dell Computer factory on Braker Lane. Sarah has managed multiple tenant leases for public companies and startups, and has custom designed space and finish out to help our tenant partners. Sarah co-founded Vault Space with Scott Zeigler in 2014 to offer co-working and logistics space to dozens of business in Austin and nationally. Vault Space EVENTS created and hosted many iconic Austin events such as Fashion Week, Fundraising Events, and The U.S. Army Hack-A-Thon.
Jeff Zeigler
Jeff has 30 years of experience in Supply Chain, Aftermarket and Reverse Logistics. Founder & Executive that has led companies as Garage Startup, Rapid Organic Growth, International Expansion, Private Equity Investment, Multiple Exits, and Public Company Integrations.
Sustainability and Resource Conservation Advocate. Active philanthropist in multiple charities.
Scott Zeigler
Scott starteed his career in the Financial Services and Insurance Industries after graduating college and saw an opportunity in the Hospitality Industry. Scott moved to Paris, France and graduated from the Cordon Bleu Culinary School, and then completed his hospitality apprenticeship at Fauchon in London England. Upon return to the U.S., Scott opened a catering and events business in Richmond Virginia that catered to large private and business functions for over 20 years. Scott co-founded Vault Space with Sarah Zeigler in 2014 and leveraged his events background to help it's partners host amazing events in the event space.
